Medici is a design led developer. Based in London with a specialty in historic buildings, we strive to deliver innovative and elegant environments, be the residential or commercial, that inspire and deliver value in equal measure.
The company was established to provide turnkey investment and development management services to a select group of investors & funding partners. We create value through property acquisition, asset management, redevelopment & disposal.

CRAFTSMANSHIP
Medici has an international team of trusted artisans, craftsmen and builders handpicked for their experience and meticulous attention to detail. We welcome the commissioning of bespoke pieces be they floors, panelling or furniture and revel in creation of intricate designs and finishes to meet the most specific requirements.
LIGHTING
Lighting is the essence of every environment and is central to the design philosophy of every project. It sets perception and whilst it has a functional role, it’s influence over ambiance, mood and focus is unequivocal. Our expert lighting designers seek to accentuate and enhance the focus of each room creating desirable aesthetics whilst retaining every feature and finish with the creative finesse that Medici is renowned for.
